Harold Hamilton established a partnership with the Afterschool Program, bringing innovative, clean energy and sustainable technologies to the youth, such as coding, robotics, aquaponics, solar energy technologies, hydropower, and wind energy, to name a few.

Currently, Harold Hamilton has ventured into a new start-up where he is the founder and chairman of Digital Urban Farm, a WMBE agriculture tech company. Digital Urban Farm, also known as DUF, has three core components: Aquaponics, Workforce Development, and Public-Private Partnerships. The goal of DUF is to continue working with underserved communities by producing clean, sustainable food that would be distributed through established partnerships with local food banks, faith-based organizations, and other 501(c)(3)s that have food insecurity programs. The workforce development component will teach and train individuals in sustainable farming and digital skill sets, creating job opportunities and community revitalization.
