Their approach centers on creating green, affordable housing that meets Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards while serving underserved populations. GR has partnered with Brisa Developers of Brooklyn NY and The Far Rockaway cathedral church of God in christ. To develop a affordable 6 stories 74 unit veterans housing complex. The team worked with the Queens borough president. Donovan Richards, Councilmember Selvena, Brooks Powers. Mayor Eric Adams, and the city of New York housing to create this affordable housing model. This faith based partnership is a great example of what can be accomplished when our community is in need. We are looking forward to working with other faith based organizations and leaders to develop affordable housing in our underserved communities.
